About us

There's no better place to learn about the birds and the bees than the Memphis Zoo. Actually, Birds and Bees is a new exhibit this year, just another inventive feature of the ever-popular Zoo. Watch polar bears frolic up close and personal, check out Komodo dragons, hang out with the coolest cats ever, and wait your turn at the window to view the popular pandas. The names of the zoo's residents are poetic: Klipspringer antelope, Nile lechwe, reticulated giraffe. "I'll meet you by the scimitar-horned oryx, dear."
