For expatriates, it's almost always the tunes. Sonny says, "I really, really miss the music -- its quality and variety. And my music-loving buds." And Rachel says, "For me, I most miss the music.
And out-of-towners who come here have a seasonal preference. Sandy says: "SPRING. You wouldn't believe the three months of cold rain and mud season that passes for 'spring' in the Northeast."
But one of my favorites is from Gary, who knows the great appeal of Memphis: "Its ineffable funkiness."
